Marcus Freeman was born and brought up in Cambridge. He moved to London to study Graphic Design. After which he pursued a career as a commercial designer and fine artist, producing chiefly elegantly abstracted urban landscapes and studies of unassuming commercial buildings that explore the contradiction between clarity and atmosphere.
